For the safety and well-being of both our staff and your pet, we kindly ask that you ensure your pet is calm and comfortable prior to service. Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with services if signs of anxiety or aggression are observed. In such cases, the service will be immediately terminated, and the full charge will apply, with no refund issued. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
